Just arrived

Now got our delivery of Wendy “Arctic” faux fur yarn and knitted a couple of hats using it – they’re just what we need this weather. Will shortly post the pics!

Knitting & Stitches – Alexandra Palace – 11th to 14th October

Managed to get a cancellation on a stand at AllyPally so things have been hectic trying to get all our Knitting Kits together – after many late nights all is now organised and Jon is, once again, loaded up to the eyeballs with kits and en route to London

 

Lots of kits (and colours)  to choose from – Ponchos/Felted Bags/Texting Gloves/Headbands/Slipper Boots – different skill levels – so whatever your capability – drop in to Stand F33 and say “hi” to Jon. 

Harrogate Knitting Show, November 2012

Just a quickie – we’ll be on Stand A105 again this year at the Harrogate Knitting Show.  Will post more over the coming weeks.

Another Day, Another Show!!

Well, that’s the car loaded up and Jon on his way – next stop Exeter for him. He’ll be setting up Stand C25 at The Creative Stitches & Hobbycrafts Show at The Westpoint Centre in Exeter tomorrow (Wednesday), all ready for the Show opening on Thursday. I’ll be catching the train down on Saturday evening and joining him on the Stand on Sunday, so if you’re in the area – drop in and see us.
Lots to look at – mainly our own kits – Poncho, Slipper Boot, Felted Bag and the new combo kit – headband and texting glove. We’ve been burning the midnight oil to get everything finished – me knitting and Jon doing the sewing up – so it’s a bit of a relief that everything is now en route!!  Let’s hope the rain clears and all visitors can get to the Show without delays or getting soaked!

Summer Knitting
